Plain & Fancy Bowtique is now pffering an affiliate program where you can make a commission by promoting our products.
If you have a website, newsletter or other online presence with an audience that would be interested in our products, you can participate! Try us on your MySpace or Facebook home pages. No adult sites, please. It's simple. We will even put your link on our site and help you promote your business
Step 1: Fill out the application below.
Step 2: Once approved, you will get an e-mail with username and password.
Step 3: You promote plainandfancybowtique.com and send traffic to us. Log in to your account at http://plainandfancybowtique.com/affiliates.htm and choose an image to place on your site or newsletter.
Step 4: If the visitors you send to us make a purchase, we pay you 5% (see details below).
We take care of the rest! You can log in to see your account status.
Payment Details
Commission Percentage - When you refer visitors to our site using an affiliate link and that visitor makes a purchase, you earn 5% of the total sale.
Payment Frequency - Payments are made monthly. Payments will be made no later than the 30th of the following month for the previous month's sales. Example: you will be paid at the end of July for June sales.
Minimum Payout - You will be paid when your total commission earnings exceed $10. If you do not reach the minimum in a given month, your balance will continue to "roll over" until you achieve the minimum amount in a payout period. Store Credit may be used at anytime. You must sent an e-mail to questions@plainandfancybowtique.com to let us know so we can send you an online voucher.
Payment Method - We deposit your commission payment into your PayPal account. We currently do not send payment by check. Store Credit can be issued upon request in lieu of payment by PayPal to AFFILIATE.
Payment Notification - You will be notified by email when we make a commission payment to your PayPal account.
How to Apply for the Program
Fill out the application below. All applications are pending when submitted and will be reviewed. You will be notified whether or not you are accepted to the program via the email address you provide in the application. Use your PayPal e-mail address when filling out the application or you will not get paid.
Revocation of AFFILIATE Status
Your AFFILIATE application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities Violation of intellectual property rights. Cancellation of this affiliate program.
Joining the Program
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an AFFILIATE and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.
Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the AFFILIATE program and will end when your AFFILIATE account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your AFFILIATE account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to AFFILIATE tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the AFFILIATE program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the AFFILIATE program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Affiliate further agrees and warrants that it will comply with all local, state and federal laws (including, but not limited to, the "CAN-SPAM" Act, effective January 1, 2004) regarding the sending of e-mails.
