How To Order
Ordering is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order. If you prefer, you may also order by mail. Simply print out the completed order form and mail it along with your payment to the address

Orders received after 5pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders will not be processed on holidays. If the holiday falls on a weekend the orders will wait until the following Tuesday.

Our normal business hours are Monday-Thursday 9AM - 5PM CST, Friday 9AM-4PM CST. Should you have questions or concerns regarding your order, or any product related issues, please contact us during these business hours. All other inquiries or emails received after 4PM CST on Friday will be responded to the following business day.
Plain & Fancy Bowtique will not operate on the following days for 2008.

Payment Accepted

Paypal including Credit cards through Paypal, echeck payments and direct pay. We will also accept personal check and money orders. If paying by personal check, your items will be shipped once the funds have cleared our bank. This usually takes up to a week. If your check is returned to us for insufficient funds or for any other reason, you will charged a service fee of $25.00

Tax
Texas residence will be charged sales tax at 8.25%

Refunds
No returns will be accepted unless there is an error in shipment. I will not accept returns because of color is not what you wanted or expected. If you need a sample, please e-mail us with your request.We will allow exchanges under certain circumstances. We stand behind our products 100%. If you feel your item(s) do not meet quality standards. You may return within 30 days. If an exchange is wanted a copy of your original receipt must accompany the return along with a written note on what is to be exchanged and why.

Shipping
Any orders placed after 5pm CST (4pm Fridays) will not be processed until the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once your order has been processed and shipped. Shipment are done Monday-Friday unless it is a holiday.
Many of our items are in stock and are available for immediate shipping. Due to the popularity of our bows we ask you allow 3-7 business days for bows to be created and mailed. In most cases this time is much sooner! Other items, especially custom items, may take up to 14 business days to ship them. Not all ribbon is kept in stock. Some colors and prints are ordered on an as needed basis to keep the cost down for you, the customer. If you have a special event, please include that information on the message portion of the order form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs. We will notify you immediately if we are unable to meet your deadline.
If you need to know if an item is in stock, please feel free to email anytime and we will be happy to provide that information to you.
Orders with large quantities will need to be custom made and take a few extra days to prepare.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation/tracking number.

Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous states inside the U.S. and APO, FPO Addresses.

Shipping will be USPS unless you specify something else.

Flat rate shipping of $4.60 (this Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation) You will get a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your item is shipped.
Free First Class Shipping (No Delivery Confirmation) (this is not an option for wholesale orders)
COD + above (this could be a costly choice) $10.00
If you choose COD please e-mail me or paper mail me your order. I will send you a total by e-mail.

If you would rather use Fed-Ex or UPS let me know before you order. I will have to send you your total by e-mail.
