Plain & Fancy Bowtique is looking for a Cutie Patootie.  Send us your pics now till July 31st.  Then the top 10 will be placed in a vote  for two weeks in Aug.  The public will decide which girl is the Cutie Patootie. The winner will get a $35 gift certificate to Plain & Fancy Bowtique.
